Terms of Service

1. These terms of service are define the use of the website of steelbay GmbH (steelbay) by a user. Steelbay takes appropriate measures to bring these regulations to the users attention. When registering a new user account and with every visit to the website the user agrees to these terms. If a term violates national law, all other terms remain valid.
2. Steelbay provides an internet platform for users to publish vending offers for steel related products. Steelbay enables the vendor and buyers to contact each other, if both are users of steelbay. Steelbay is not liable for the correctness of information published on the website. Steelbay itself does not trade with the advertised goods. Steelbay is not liable for the availability of the website - but makes best effort to keep the website available without interruption from the whole internet.
3. Steelbay uses the contact details of users only for own purposes - that means to enable contacts between vendors and buyers, and to inform users of current offers. Steelbay may observe and store data about user behaviors on the website, if this is helps to improve the quality of the service (the website). At no time user data may be given to a third person or institution. Upon request by the user all data concerning his account will be deleted.
4. The user is obliged to use the website only to publish vending offers of steel related products. The offers must be truthful and serious. The users updates his contact information when necessary, so that other users can contact him. The users obeys all relevant national laws - especially import and export regulations. The user uses in his offers and communication with other users no terms that exclude of dishonors certain other groups of users. The user should reply to each request for contact by another user in a sensible way.
5. If the user of steelbay does not comply to these terms, the cooperation may be ended immediately. The user account may be halted or deleted. If any payment for steelbay's services has been made in advance, this payment may be kept by steelbay. Unpaid bills remain valid.
