Steel Cord coming from the tyre shredding process.
Modern Radial Tyres may contain up to 12% metal contents, which mainly consist of malleable steel. There are various extractiron method, and this kind of steel is becoming a good source of FE. They are graded on the impurity contents mainly rubber and fiber. Our steelcord have different percentage of impurities depending from our shredding plant (impurities max 20%).You can supervise the pictures here attached.
